I. What is Roote?

Roote is an educational hub and for-public startup studio accelerating the personal and collective transformation necessary for humanity's transition to the Wisdom Age.

1. Our educational hub runs the Roote Fellowship, a podcast, and a newsletter.
2. Our startup studio launches Roote Projects, ambitious projects which catalyze systems-level change for a wiser world.

II. Role Overview

You will lead the Roote Fellowship and other educational initiatives. You will be responsible for student outcomes, community building, and program growth. Your north star is simple: Can you grow world-class educational and community experiences that make fellows gush?

This position may feel like it’s focused on growth. In some ways it is. But it’s also focused on student outcomes. Can you help fellows unlearn the past and learn to be more networked, pluralist, generous, and wise?

This position is extremely entrepreneurial. We’re looking for a relentlessly resourceful teammate who learns and executes quickly.

What You'll Do

• Design the full student experience for the Roote Fellowship: curriculum, class time, guest speakers, projects, etc.
• Institute processes to turn Roote into a self-catalyzing community network.
• Be relentlessly focused measuring and improving the student experience and learning outcomes. Grow the fellowship by providing a transformative experience that fellows can’t help but share.
• Market and grow the fellowship like a startup.
